Start with why! It's as simple as that. Really focus on why you do what you do, instead of what you do. Once you understand your why, you will development a deeper connection with your customers leading to greater market success.



For example, ever notice how Apple usually start their sentences with, "We believe..." or "We see a world...." They are telling you why they make iPhones, iPads and iMacs- not just "We make iPhones. Buy from us!" If you can get customers believing in your why then they will buy your product / service.
